Application for registration.—Every operator of a cold storage carrying on the running of a cold storage shall make an application for registration to the Board in Form G, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every market fee receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
