Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the declarant of assets shall apply to the Central Vigilance Commission in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Central Vigilance Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within five days of the application.
