Surrender of certificate.—Every declarant of assets who ceases to carry on the declaration of assets and liabilities shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Vigilance Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every disclosure held by him has been disposed of.
