Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a pre-school shall apply to the Council in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
