Maintenance of premises.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall keep the premises where the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every certificate of accreditation kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert, and shall furnish to the Chairperson of the Council in Form G, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
