Conditions of registration.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal shall carry on the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every register of arbitrators in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such register of arbitrators for inspection on request by the Chief Executive Officer of the Council, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
