Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Chairperson of the Council in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of arbitrators then held; and the Chairperson of the Council shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
