Intimation of change.—Every contractor for solid waste collection shall intimate to the Town Vending Committee, in Form A and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Town Vending Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
