Maintenance of premises.—Every licensee of a camping site shall keep the premises where the running of a camping site is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every certificate of registration kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the running of a camping site, and shall furnish to the Competent Authority in Form V, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
