Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a camping site who ceases to carry on the running of a camping site shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every entry ticket held by him has been disposed of.
