Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer in medical devices dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Goa in Form 41, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register then held; and the Government of Goa shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
