Intimation of change.—Every dealer in medical devices shall intimate to the Government of Goa, in Form 25 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Goa shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
