Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee of Government land shall apply to the Housing Board in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Housing Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
