Application for registration.—Every lessee of Government land carrying on the holding of Government land on lease shall make an application for registration to the Housing Board in Form H, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every agreement for sale held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
