Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in foreign currency shall apply to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
