Intimation of change.—Every private body funded by a public authority shall intimate to the Central Information Commission, in Form C and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Information Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
