Surrender of certificate.—Every private body funded by a public authority who ceases to carry on the receipt of public funds shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Information Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every request held by him has been disposed of.
