Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the provision of telecommunication services shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every wireless equipment held by him has been disposed of.
