Application for registration.—Every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Societies in Form D, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
