Surrender of certificate.—Every manager of an institution who ceases to carry on the management of an institution shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every trust property held by him has been disposed of.
