Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any manager of an institution dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Societies in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every account then held; and the Registrar of Societies shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
