Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of drugs shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Health Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20-B of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
