Application for registration.—Every customs house agent carrying on the clearance of goods for import or export shall make an application for registration to the Development Commissioner in Form ANF-2A, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every export order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
