Surrender of certificate.—Every shelter home who ceases to carry on the running of a shelter home shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every order held by him has been disposed of.
