Safe custody.—Every service provider to persons with disabilities shall keep every certificate of disability to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of services to persons with disabilities is carried on, shall record in Form VI the description of every certificate of disability so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Level Committee within twenty-one days of the close of each year.
