Surrender of certificate.—Every company secretary in practice who ceases to carry on the practice as a company secretary shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Director in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form AOC-4 of the manner in which every share held by him has been disposed of.
