Surrender of certificate.—Every citizen who ceases to carry on travel abroad shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Immigration Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form X of the manner in which every certificate of naturalisation held by him has been disposed of.
