Surrender of certificate.—Every caterer who ceases to carry on the business of catering shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Referral Laboratory in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every improvement notice held by him has been disposed of.
