Application for registration.—Every owner of a plantation carrying on the working of a plantation shall make an application for registration to the Industrial Tribunal in Form II, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of wages held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
