Surrender of certificate.—Every arbitral institution who ceases to carry on the administration of arbitrations shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the High Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every certificate of accreditation held by him has been disposed of.
