Application for registration.—Every owner of a tractor plying for hire carrying on the plying of a tractor for hire shall make an application for registration to the Gram Panchayat in Form 2, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every work order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
