Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mediation service provider shall apply to the Arbitration Council in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Arbitration Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
