Rule 16, Maharashtra Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2011 [S7Y-FW2]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form 1 not less than one hundred and eighty days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees; and the Government of Maharashtra shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the licensee of a patent within three hundred and sixty-five days of the renewal.
