Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a patent shall intimate to the Government of Maharashtra, in Form 3 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Maharashtra shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of forty thousand rupees.
