Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a swimming pool dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Sports Authority in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every contract of an athlete then held; and the Sports Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
