Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the ambulance operator shall apply to the Drugs Controller in Form 29 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Drugs Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
