Safe custody.—Every petty food manufacturer shall keep every stock of foodgrains to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the manufacture of food on a petty scale is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every stock of foodgrains so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Commissioner of Food Safety within ninety days of the close of each year.
