Application for registration.—Every petty food manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of food on a petty scale shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of seven thousand five hundred rupees and a statement of every sample held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
