Application for registration.—Every real estate agent carrying on the business of a real estate agent shall make an application for registration to the Rent Authority in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every brochure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
