Application for registration.—Every manager of a mine carrying on the supervision of a mine shall make an application for registration to the Mining Tribunal in Form F, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every survey map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
