Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the charter operator shall apply to the Director General in Form CA-5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Director General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
