Surrender of certificate.—Every authorised user of a geographical indication who ceases to carry on the use of a geographical indication shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form TM-A of the manner in which every design held by him has been disposed of.
