Surrender of certificate.—Every coach who ceases to carry on the coaching of athletes shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every code of conduct held by him has been disposed of.
