Application for registration.—Every finder of treasure carrying on the finding of treasure shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 4, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
