Clause 2, Essential Commodities (Stock of foodgrains Control) Order, 2010 [S7X-RKJ]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955); (b) "storage operator of foodgrains" means a person carrying on the storage of foodgrains; (c) "improvement notice" means a improvement notice received, held or disposed of by a storage operator of foodgrains in the course of the storage of foodgrains; (d) "Form E" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
