Surrender of certificate.—Every workman who ceases to carry on employment in an industry shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every attendance card held by him has been disposed of.
