Application for registration.—Every depository carrying on the holding of securities in dematerialised form shall make an application for registration to the Superintendent of Stamps in Form E, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every register of instruments held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
