Surrender of certificate.—Every web aggregator who ceases to carry on the display of insurance products on a website shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council of Insurers in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-5 of the manner in which every policy held by him has been disposed of.
