Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall apply to the Government of Rajasthan in Form 21 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Government of Rajasthan shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
