Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the charitable institution shall apply to the Appellate Tribunal in Form 15G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
